Once your MEDMAN order is placed, you can track its status securely via your
Care Portal.
You will receive a tracking number through UPS and/or FedEx as soon as your package is shipped.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed immediately after payment approval. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier, and any backorders or delays will be communicated directly through your Care Portal.
Can I change the contents of my order?
No. Once an order is submitted, modifications or changes to products are not permitted. All sales are final.
